Accounts Payable Cycle: We fully handle the A/P cycle, from setting up your production with vendors, creating purchase orders, accurately entering and coding invoices and processing payments. We communicate effectively and politely with vendors, representing your production with class.

Cost Reporting: In addition to providing producers with exact cost reports systematically, we assist by identifying areas where costs can be reduced or where additional funding is needed. We track weekly spends and revise accordingly to keep your budget on track.

Cash Flow Management: We conduct cash flow analysis regularly to ensure you have complete visibility and control over cash needs.

Payroll Processing: We efficiently manage payroll from onboarding until completion. We are available to assist team members with payroll issues quickly and kindly. While our contact with employees may be minimal, we strive to represent a positive culture when we do interact so that your employees feel respected and appreciated.

Bank Reconciliations: Monthly bank reconciliations are performed to ensure all of your financial records are exact and current.

Purchase Cards: Cashet and P card purchases are monitored closely and reconciled regularly. We are careful to ensure that cards are managed: spending limits are pertinent for the position and reset and/or cancelled when appropriate. When production is complete, we close the accounts and obtain your remaining deposit.
